MTT LLC, which has set a record for tunnel construction in Azerbaijan, has been operating since 2012. MTT LLC has signed many successful projects during its activity. Let’s get acquainted with some of these projects:

The record for the construction of the tunnel with an inner diameter of DN1600 belongs to MTT LLC. Thus, the 70-meter part of the 500-meter-long tunnel was built in 24 hours (2 shifts). The mentioned record was recorded by the official document of the manufacturer Herren Knecht AG.
One of the most difficult projects we have successfully completed is the construction of a 7000-meter-long DN1600 mm tunnel from Bibiheybat settlement to Lokbatan settlement of the capital Baku. We were able to complete the project in less than a year and a half (395 days), which requires a lot of effort in tunnel construction.

In September 2016, another major project- the construction of a 1450 meter long and 2000 mm diameter sewer line tunnel was completed. The construction was carried out on mixed soil types with a high level of groundwater.

MTT LLC has also implemented various road and railway crossings in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, especially crossings within the framework of the HAOR Modernization Project (2022) and the South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion Project – SCPX (2016-2018).

In the capital Baku, from the settlement of Pirshagi to the settlement of Kurdakhani, a tunnel with a length of 2000 meters and a diameter of 1400 mm was constructed. The mentioned construction works were carried out in difficult soil conditions – high-density black clay layers.

In addition, MTT LLC has experience of crossing the pipeline in the Turkish cities of Sivas and Ardahan within the framework of the Trans Anatolian Pipeline (TANAP) project. All construction works under the SCPX and TANAP projects were carried out under the supervision of the British Petroleum Company (BP).

However, MTT LLC has sufficient experience in micro tunneling works. The company has initiated and implemented major pipe laying projects in recent years.

The drinking water pipeline reconstruction project of Tovuz city is one of such projects.
One of the biggest successes of our company is the Boyuk Bahmanly-Shusha gas pipeline, from which the Fuzuli and Agoglan (Hadrut) gas pipeline branches were separated, as well as the project for the construction of the Shusha, Fuzuli and Agoglan gas distribution stations with the installation on gas pipelines and branches (July 2023 – November 2023)
